In August, Shenzhen's real estate market experienced a strong start, with both the new and secondary markets heating up simultaneously, and home buying demand accelerating. Data from the Shenzhen Beike Research Institute shows that last week, the number of secondary housing contracts signed in Beike's Shenzhen partner stores increased by 13% compared to the previous week. Since August, the daily average number of contracts signed has risen by 9% compared to July, with a peak daily signing volume on August 9 reaching the highest level since June. Last week, the number of new housing subscriptions increased by 14% compared to the previous week, and in August, the daily average subscription volume saw a significant increase of 40% compared to July, indicating that previously pent-up home buying demand is being rapidly released.
