The Ministry of Transport has launched a level two typhoon defense response.

According to the Ministry of Transport, as of 9 a.m. on August 8, the Ministry has raised the typhoon defense response to Level 2. The center of this year's 13th typhoon, "Bai Dolphin," is located about 520 kilometers to the east of Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, over the southeastern sea of the East China Sea at 9 a.m. It is expected to move westward at a speed of 10 to 15 kilometers per hour, with little change in intensity or slight strengthening.
