The Nanchang Railway Bureau has activated a Level 4 emergency response to fully address Typhoon "Bai Dolphin."

In order to fully respond to the landing of Typhoon "Bai Dolphin," the Nanchang Bureau of China Railway has activated a Level 4 emergency response for flood prevention and typhoon preparedness starting at 10 AM today. This applies to the Qu Ning Railway, the section from Fuding to Fuzhou South of the Hangzhou-Shenzhen Railway, and related branches and links. Utilizing satellite images, radar maps, and other technological means, the bureau will monitor rainfall trends and the typhoon path in real-time, issuing timely warnings for areas with heavy rainfall and potential disasters. Services for passenger trains including K8748 from Fuzhou to Songxi and K32 from Luoyang to Fuzhou will be suspended. Passengers who have purchased tickets for the suspended trains can apply for a refund free of charge within 30 days from the date on their tickets through the 12306 website, app, or at the station window.
