According to ShenShi News, in order to continuously create a first-class business environment at ports that is market-oriented, law-based, and internationally compatible, and to deeply implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the subsequent plenary sessions, as well as to carry out the decisions and deployments made by the national, provincial, and municipal governments on optimizing the business environment, the Shenzhen Port Office and Shenzhen Customs, together with various member units of the Shenzhen Working Group for Optimizing the Port Business Environment, have carefully studied and formulated the "Several Measures for Optimizing the Port Business Environment in Shenzhen by 2026," launching 19 work initiatives.
