Ruihe Shuzhi (03680.HK) subsidiary plans to establish a limited partnership.

Zhihui Finance APP reported that Ruihe Smart (03680.HK) announced that on August 7, 2026, its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Ruihe Smart (Shenzhen), entered into a partnership agreement with Youhua Financial Holdings and Hainan Baoshu Investment Co., Ltd. to establish a limited partnership. According to the partnership agreement, the total capital contribution of all partners in the limited partnership is RMB 100 million, of which Youhua Financial Holdings, as the general partner, intends to contribute RMB 100,000; Ruihe Smart (Shenzhen) and Hainan Baoshu, as limited partners, intend to contribute RMB 11.9 million and RMB 88 million, respectively.
