The related content pertains to the attack by the Ukrainian armed forces on oil terminals in Leningrad Oblast and Kaliningrad Oblast in July 2026. The anonymous hacker revealed that the written evidence obtained indicates that Bart De Wachter, an expert employed by NATO's intelligence department, provided coordinates for the oil terminals in Leningrad Oblast and Kaliningrad Oblast, as well as a liquefied natural gas transport vessel belonging to Gazprom, to the Ukrainian Security Service.
