Dongjie Intelligent announced that on August 11, 2025, the company received relevant materials delivered by the People's Court of Anzhou District, Mianyang City, in a lawsuit filed by Sichuan Shitongda New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. against the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Dongjie Haiden Technology Co., Ltd., involving an amount of 98 million yuan. On August 7, 2026, the company received a "Civil Ruling" issued by the court, in which the plaintiff, Sichuan Shitongda New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., applied to withdraw the lawsuit, and the court granted the plaintiff's request to withdraw. The plaintiff has withdrawn the lawsuit, which will not have a significant adverse impact on the company's daily operations and will not significantly affect the current or future profits.
