KeXuan Power Holdings (00476) has completed the issuance of 31 million subscription shares, raising approximately HKD 15.48 million.

Zhitong Finance APP news, Kexuan Power Holdings (00476) announced that all the conditions precedent set forth in the subscription agreement have been fulfilled, and the subscription has been completed on August 7, 2026, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. A total of 31 million subscription shares (equivalent to approximately 8.72% of the issued share capital of the company immediately after the subscription shares have been allotted and issued upon completion of the subscription on the date of this announcement) have been subscribed at the subscription price of HKD 0.50 per share. The net proceeds from the subscription, amounting to approximately HKD 15.48 million, will be used in the manner disclosed in this announcement.
