COSCO SHIPPING Specialized Carriers announced that the company's board of directors recently received written resignation letters from Chief Accountant Li Jichun and Deputy General Manager Zhang Chi. Due to work adjustments, both will resign from their respective positions on August 7, 2026, with their original terms set to expire on September 26, 2028. Both individuals confirm that there are no differences of opinion with the company or the board of directors, have completed the handover work, and will no longer hold positions in the listed company or its controlling subsidiaries, nor do they have any unfulfilled public commitments.
