Chinese copper foil producer Longdian Huaxin (FOIL.US) has set its IPO pricing at $20-22 per share, aiming to raise $75 million.
According to Zhichun Finance APP, Chinese electrolytic copper foil manufacturer Londian Wason New Energy Tech announced the terms of its initial public offering (IPO) on Monday. The company plans to issue 3.6 million American Depositary Shares (ADS) at an estimated price of $20 to $22 per share, aiming to raise approximately $75 million. Existing investors Harvest Global Capital Investments, Hithium Global, and other investors have expressed their intention to subscribe for ADS worth $50 million, $7 million, and $30 million, respectively. Based on the midpoint of the proposed price range, the company's market capitalization will reach approximately $1.6 billion.
