Jia Lik Qi announced that its shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares, Huakong Ningbo, Huakong Hubei, and Huokou Si Huakong, have acting in concert. Between July 31 and August 3, 2026, these shareholders reduced their holdings by a total of 146,500 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.1766% of the company's total share capital. After this change in equity, their combined shareholding ratio decreased from 17.1737% to 16.9972%, reaching a round number decrease of 1%. This reduction in holdings is consistent with previous plans, and it has not been fully implemented.
