According to the Qichacha app, recently, Tianjin Ningxin Intelligent Technology Partnership Enterprise was established, with a business scope including technical services, technical development, technical consulting, technical exchange, technology transfer, and technology promotion; using its own funds for investment activities; and enterprise management consulting. According to Qichacha's equity penetration, the enterprise was jointly funded by UCAR and others.
