Anzheng Fashion: Shareholders Zheng Ankun and Zheng Anjie have extended the pledge of some shares until July 2027.

Announcement of Anzheng Fashion stated that shareholder and director Zheng Ankun holds 33,075,000 shares of the company, accounting for 8.55% of the total share capital; shareholder Zheng Anjie holds 27,048,000 shares, accounting for 6.99%. Recently, both of them have extended the pledge period for some of their shares in the company. Zheng Ankun pledged 25,000,000 shares, with the extension until July 15, 2027, accounting for 75.59% of the shares he holds; Zheng Anjie pledged 15,000,000 shares, with the extension until the same date, accounting for 55.46%. Both individuals have good credit and the ability to repay funds. Measures will be taken to address the risk of forced liquidation if necessary.
