Sai Microelectronics announced that on March 26, 2026, the company agreed to acquire 9% of the subscribed but unpaid capital contribution rights of Haichuang Weiyuan held by Beijing Sai Micro Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. for zero consideration. Following this change, the company's shareholding in Haichuang Weiyuan is now 51%. On July 15, Haichuang Weiyuan has completed the relevant industrial and commercial registration procedures at the Market Supervision Administration of Huairou District, Beijing, and obtained a "Record Notice."
