The issuance amount of this tranche of bonds will not exceed 4 billion yuan (including 4 billion yuan), and there will be no oversubscription. This tranche of bonds is divided into two types. The face value of this tranche of bonds is 100 yuan, and they will be issued at par value. It is planned that no less than 70% of the funds raised will be used for technology innovation, with the remaining portion used for working capital supplementation.
