The National Flood Control Office has dispatched a working group to Hebei, Liaoning, and Jilin Provinces to guide flood control work.
The State Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters and the Ministry of Emergency Management continue to organize joint consultations with the China Meteorological Administration, the Ministry of Water Resources, the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Transport and other departments to analyze the development trends of Typhoon "In-fa" and heavy rainfall, and deploy flood prevention and typhoon prevention work in key areas. On July 12, the State Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters initiated a Level IV emergency response for flood prevention in Shandong. The emergency response for flood prevention and typhoon prevention in Zhejiang, Fujian, Beijing, Tianjin, and Guangxi will be adjusted in a timely manner, and three additional working groups will be dispatched to Hebei, Liaoning, and Jilin to assist in guiding local flood prevention work.
