On July 10th, the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Liao Lin, visited Harbin to meet with the Deputy Secretary of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee and Governor Liang Huiling. The two sides exchanged views on deepening cooperation between government and banks, providing better services for the high-quality development of Heilongjiang and the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China. Han Shengjian, the Vice Governor of Heilongjiang Province, attended the meeting.
