The National Oceanic Forecasting Center issued an orange storm surge warning at 08:00 on July 11th: Due to the impact of Typhoon Bailu, it is predicted that from the morning of July 11th to the morning of the 12th, there will be a storm surge of 50 to 120 centimeters along the coast of Jiangsu, 80 to 180 centimeters along the coast from Shanghai to Ningbo in Zhejiang, 150 to 350 centimeters along the coast from Taizhou to Wenzhou in Zhejiang, and 80 to 150 centimeters along the coast of Fujian. The storm surge warning level for Wenzhou City in Zhejiang Province is orange, while the warning levels are yellow for Shanghai, Ningbo and Taizhou in Zhejiang, Fuzhou in Fujian, and blue for Jiaxing and Zhoushan in Zhejiang, and Ningde in Fujian.
