The Chinese Academy of Engineering has formed a new leadership team, with Zhang Yuzhuo as the president.

The 18th Academician Conference of the Chinese Academy of Engineering closed in Beijing on July 11. The conference announced the new leadership team of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, with Zhang Yuzhuo appointed as the president. According to the notification from the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, the 9th leadership team of the Chinese Academy of Engineering is composed as follows: Academician Zhang Yuzhuo as the Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the Chinese Academy of Engineering; Academicians Zhang Jun, Chen Jie, Li Zhongping, Chen Jianfeng, and Chen Wei as members of the Party Committee and Vice Presidents of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.
