On July 9, 2026, the company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Zhi Long Business Management (as the tenant) and Bai Xing International (as the landlord) entered into a lease agreement for the property. The lease term will be three years starting from August 17, 2026, for the group to use as office space.
