Great Wall announced that shareholder Fan Qingwei, who holds more than 5% of the shares, plans to reduce his holding of the company's shares by no more than 3.7632 million shares within 90 calendar days after the disclosure of this announcement through block trades, which is no more than 1.49421% of the total share capital of the company, excluding the 1.50% of shares held by the company's share repurchase account.
