Last period, Energy: Implemented regulatory measures to restrict opening positions for some customers.

On July 1st, the Shanghai International Energy Exchange issued a notice regarding the implementation of restrictive opening positions supervision measures against certain clients. The notice indicated that on July 1st, 2026, two groups of accounts with actual control relationships exceeded the trading volume limits on relevant contracts as per the Shanghai International Energy Exchange's processing standards. The trading behavior of the mentioned clients violated Article 16 of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange's Rules on Abnormal Trading Conduct, and therefore the Shanghai Energy Exchange has decided to implement restrictive opening position supervision measures on the relevant clients in the corresponding varieties.
