Wisdom Wealth APP news, WuXi AppTec (02359.HK) announced that Ms. Zhang Yuefen, company secretary and director of secretary services at Vistra Professional Business Limited (a member of the Vistra Group), has retired from her position as one of the company secretaries (company secretary) of the company; and pursuant to Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), she will act as the agent for receiving legal process documents and notifications on behalf of the company in Hong Kong, effective from July 1, 2026.
