Junshi Biology announced that on June 30, 2026, the company signed an authorization license agreement with Fosun Pharma's wholly-owned subsidiary, Fosun Wanbang, authorizing Fosun Wanbang to develop, register, produce, and commercialize Roche's Rituximab in the Greater China region. According to the agreement, the company will receive a non-refundable and non-creditable initial payment of 215 million RMB, and will be eligible to receive up to a maximum of 1.125 billion RMB in development and sales milestone payments, as well as a double-digit percentage of net sales in the Greater China region as tiered sales royalties. This agreement has taken effect.
