Yonyou Network announced that on June 30th, the company signed an agreement with Gao Chenghua Song to transfer the unpaid 22.509557 million yuan worth of Gao Cheng Fund shares for 0 yuan. Previously, the company had transferred 35 million yuan worth of Gao Cheng Fund shares for 0 yuan. After the transfer is completed, the company will hold a total of 42.490443 million yuan worth of Gao Cheng Fund shares. This transaction does not require board of directors and shareholders' meeting approval, does not involve related party transactions or major asset restructuring, has been approved by Gao Cheng's general partners, and is beneficial for the company to optimize its investment structure and focus on its core business.
