Rui Chen Environmental Protection announced that its shareholder Ningbo Hudingshi Xin Chuangye Investment Partnership Enterprise will reduce its holdings of the company by 1.5651 million shares, accounting for 1.560442% of the total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading from June 23 to June 30, 2026. After this equity change, its shareholding percentage will decrease from 6.560417% to 4.999975%. Previously, the company had allocated 4 shares for every 10 shares held to all shareholders from the capital reserve, and this program was completed on June 10.
