Fosun Pharma announced that the 33rd meeting of the 10th Board of Directors approved the proposal to rehire current senior management personnel. Upon nomination by CEO Liu Yi, Mr. Xingli Wang was appointed as the President of the company, with a term from July 1, 2026 until the end of the current session of the Board of Directors; on the same day, Liu Yi will no longer serve as the President of the company. This matter has been approved by the Board Nomination Committee.
