Market Supervision Administration: Torch Group and Dinghui Baifu were fined 1.75 million yuan respectively.

Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation lawfully made an administrative penalty decision on Zhongshan Torch Group Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Dinghui Baifu Investment Management Co., Ltd. for obtaining control of Zhongjiao High-Tech Industrial Co., Ltd. through other means in violation of the Anti-Monopoly Law of the People's Republic of China. Torch Group and Dinghui Baifu were respectively fined 1.75 million yuan.
