According to "Shenzhen Finance" news, on June 17th, the "Shenzhen Urban Renewal Project Financing Matchmaking Conference" jointly organized by the Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee Financial Office, the Shenzhen Financial Supervision Bureau, and the Shenzhen Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau (Shenzhen Urban Renewal Bureau) was successfully held in Luohu. 11 key urban renewal projects were matched with commercial banks, asset management companies, etc., and 12 new construction, continuation and other urban renewal projects signed financing agreements with financial institutions, with a total amount of 15.5 billion yuan.
