The company will issue bonds with a total principal amount of 200 million US dollars, which will mature on June 24, 2029. The issue price will be 98.963% of the total principal amount of the bonds, with an annual interest rate of 5.625%. The net proceeds are approximately 198 million US dollars, intended for refinancing and general corporate purposes, including capital expenditures and working capital.
