On June 15th, the Ministry of Natural Resources held a mobilization meeting for the new round of breakthrough mining strategy action plan "Fifteenth Five-Year Plan." The meeting emphasized the need to focus on the goals of the new round of mining breakthrough strategy action plan "Fifteenth Five-Year Plan" and to implement six key tasks: first, to strengthen basic geological surveys, submit proposals for mining target areas and exploration blocks; second, to strengthen strategic mineral exploration, promote the increase in reserves and production of important strategic mineral resources; third, to enhance comprehensive resource utilization, revitalize a number of difficult-to-use resources; fourth, to strengthen the supply of high-quality policies, safeguard the rights and interests of the state as the owner of mineral resources and legitimate rights and interests of mining rights holders; fifth, to strengthen technological innovation, develop new productive forces in the field of mining; sixth, to strengthen green exploration and green mining construction, minimize the impact of exploration and development activities on the ecological environment.
