Recently, the China Internet Finance Association organized a seminar on the research of financial product online marketing. The meeting listened to the implementation status and common issues of the "Financial Product Online Marketing Management Measures" from leading platforms in the internet loan business and financial institutions. Various industry institutions are comparing the requirements of the "Measures" and are fully promoting self-examination, self-correction, and problem rectification work. At the same time, they hope to receive further business guidance on the implementation details. The meeting emphasized that the promulgation of the "Measures" is another important milestone in strengthening the regulation of internet finance and moving towards standardized and healthy development. All industry institutions should raise awareness, strengthen learning, conscientiously implement the provisions of the "Measures," promptly formulate rectification plans, and promote implementation. The association will fully play its self-discipline management functions, focus on industry common issues, guide the industry to implement standards uniformly through the introduction of self-discipline rules and the establishment of a case library, cooperate with regulatory authorities to implement the "Measures" effectively, urge all industry institutions to complete rectification comprehensively before the end of the transition period, effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of financial consumers, and promote the industry to standardize, healthy, and sustainable development.
