Golden Glory Group (00137) subsidiary is planning to acquire two ships.

Wisdom Financial APP News, Golden Glory Group (00137) announced that the first buyer Jinshun Shipping Inc. and the second buyer Jintong Marine Inc., each with approximately 55.69% ownership of the indirect subsidiary of the company, respectively entered into the first shipbuilding contract and the second shipbuilding contract with the seller (Nanyang Ship Engineering Co., Ltd.) on June 3, 2026. According to the terms of these shipbuilding contracts, the seller agreed to build and sell the first ship and the second ship to the first buyer and the second buyer respectively at a contract price of $34.15 million per vessel. The total contract price for the first and second vessels is $68.3 million. These vessels will be delivered to the first buyer and the second buyer by December 31, 2030, or earlier.
