According to the Tianyancha App, Jollied Rigging Co., Ltd. was established in December 2004, with Yang Jianguo as its legal representative. The registered capital is 960 million RMB. Its business scope includes the design, production, and sales of emergency equipment, specialized workwear and tools, and box units. The company is jointly owned by Jollied Group Co., Ltd., Yang Jianzhong, and Hong Kong Central Clearing Limited. The company has invested in 26 other enterprises, with over 10 still in operation, including Jollied Rigging Limited and Hebei Jollied Emergency Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. The remaining 10 enterprises have been deregistered. In addition, the company has been involved in multiple legal disputes, mostly as the plaintiff, including disputes over sales contracts, contract disputes, and bill rights disputes.
