Ministry of Finance: In the first quarter, the revenue from the transfer of state-owned land use rights was 517.6 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 24.4%.

The Ministry of Finance released data showing that in the first quarter, the total government fund budget revenue in the country was 775.1 billion yuan, a decrease of 16.2% year-on-year. In terms of central and local governments, the central government's fund budget revenue was 114.9 billion yuan, an increase of 5.8% year-on-year; the local government's fund budget revenue was 660.2 billion yuan, a decrease of 19.1% year-on-year, of which, revenue from the transfer of state-owned land use rights was 517.6 billion yuan, a decrease of 24.4% year-on-year.
