The application for Suzhou Tianmai Convertible Bonds has been approved by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

On April 24th, Suzhou Tianmai's application to issue convertible bonds was approved by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The company intends to raise 786 million yuan for the construction of the "Suzhou Tianmai Thermal Conductive Heat Dissipation Product Smart Manufacturing Project" in Luchizhi. The total investment of the project is 1.36 billion yuan. After completion and reaching full production capacity, the project will add a production capacity of 30 million high-end temperature control boards per year.
