On April 24th, a reporter obtained a ruling document from the Middle District Court of Florida, Milesburg Branch, USA, showing that Genimous Technology, a subsidiary of a China-based company, is being sued for liability in a sexual assault case. The document was signed in February 2026. According to the document, a 27-year-old woman residing in Florida accuses a Chinese citizen named Hongda Lu of raping her. It is alleged that Hongda Lu is the Chairman of Genimous Technology Co., Ltd., the English translation of the A-share listed company Genimous Technology Co., Ltd., and is suspected to be the former Chairman of the company, Lu Hongda, who recently resigned. On April 24th, the reporter searched a US legal information website and also obtained the aforementioned legal document, with sources confirming the existence of the lawsuit.
