TikTok announces investment of 1 billion euros to build a second data center in Finland.

On April 8th, TikTok announced that it will invest 1 billion euros to build a new data center in Lohja, Finland, as the company's second 1 billion euro data center investment project in Finland. TikTok also stated that it is progressing as planned with the Kuopio data center project announced last year in Finland.
