Recently, Xiaopeng, the exclusive agent of TrueEV in Australia, entering into the administration (bankruptcy management) process has attracted attention. Xiaopeng responded that during the past two years of cooperation, Xiaopeng learned through various channels that TrueEV's funding chain had broken and been taken over by the financiers, and had not made vehicle purchases for over a year and failed to fulfill obligations including orders for 454 cars. TrueEV also had public commercial conflicts with local dealers, severely damaging the trust between the two parties. Therefore, Xiaopeng officially issued a default notice to terminate TrueEV's exclusive agency qualification according to the cooperation agreement, but retained the agency status. However, TrueEV denied the existence of the mentioned operational problems and instead sought legal action against Xiaopeng. The local court in Australia rejected its injunction application on April 1. Xiaopeng's goal in the future three years is to build Xiaopeng into a technology brand in Australia that is not only technically advanced but also trustworthy in terms of user experience (YiCai).
