"God-given materials: Wholly-owned subsidiary Jiujiang Tianci filed a lawsuit against 12 parties for a claim of 1.472 billion yuan."
The announcement of Tianci Materials states that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiujiang Tianci High-Tech Materials Co., Ltd., as the plaintiff, has filed a civil lawsuit with the Guangdong High People's Court for a commercial secret infringement dispute. The court has accepted the case. This lawsuit involves twelve defendants, including Shenzhen Yanyi New Materials Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Yanyi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., etc. The plaintiff accuses the defendants of obtaining their commercial secrets such as liquid lithium hexafluorophosphate and lithium bis(oxalato)borate production technology through theft, illegal replication, etc., and using them for related projects. The company requests the court to order the defendants to stop the infringement, destroy the infringing equipment and materials, and jointly compensate for economic losses amounting to 1.472 billion yuan. The announcement also points out that as the wholly-owned subsidiary is the plaintiff asserting rights, it is expected not to have a direct negative impact on the current profit and loss of the listed company, but the case has not yet been heard and the final outcome is uncertain.
