Changan Tian Shu Intelligent Robot Company established.

According to Changan Automobile, Changan Tiens Intelligent Robot Company has been officially established. In November 2025, Changan Automobile announced that the company has approved the "Proposal on Investment in the Establishment of a Robot Company." Changan Tiens Intelligent Robot Technology Co., Ltd. is jointly invested and established by China Changan Automobile Group Co., Ltd., Chongqing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd., Chenzhi Automobile Technology Group Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Changan Technology Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 450 million yuan. Among them, the company plans to contribute 225 million yuan in its own funds, holding 50% of the shares; and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Changan Technology, plans to contribute 45 million yuan in its own funds, holding 10% of the shares.
