Megvii Intelligence announced that the company's H shares will be listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on March 10, 2026. The total number of H shares issued by the end of this month is 40.25 million shares, while the total number of A shares is 262 million shares, with a total registered capital of 3.02 billion yuan. There have been no changes to the number of issued shares and treasury stock for both H shares and A shares this month. In addition, as of the end of this month, H shares have met the applicable public shareholding requirements.
