According to the Qichacha app, Shenzhen Nengfeng Smart Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Shi Lei as the legal representative. Its business scope includes: research and development of new energy technologies; manufacturing of photovoltaic equipment and components; manufacturing of electric motors; wind power technology services; energy management services, etc. Equity penetration data from Qichacha shows that the company is wholly owned by Shenzhen Yichu Smart Energy Group Co., Ltd., which is held by Ganfeng Lithium.
