McDonald's CEO says optimistic about the Chinese market.

Chris Kempczinski, Chairman and CEO of McDonald's, said in an interview, "We are growing rapidly in China. We are optimistic about the Chinese market and the business prospects here. If China achieves a GDP growth target of around 4.5% this year, it is definitely a very healthy number. If we can achieve a 5% GDP growth, that would be even more ideal. Any measures that promote domestic consumption are beneficial to our business. The stronger the domestic consumption drive in China, the more we can increase our investment in the country."
