Liu Haixing meets with the Chairman of Singapore's Temasek Holdings, and former Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong.

On March 23, Liu Haixing, Minister of the International Liaison Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, met with Zhang Zhiqian, Chairman of the Temasek Holdings of Singapore, in Beijing. Liu Haixing stated that this year marks the beginning of China's "15th Five-Year Plan". The recently concluded National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference approved the outline of the "15th Five-Year Plan," which will bring more opportunities to countries around the world, including Singapore. China is willing to strengthen exchanges and cooperation in various fields with Singapore through party-to-party channels, in order to promote the development of China-Singapore relations.
