CSRC approves Tianhai Electronics' IPO registration on Shenzhen Stock Exchange Main Board

The China Securities Regulatory Commission has approved the initial public offering of stock by Tianhai Automotive Electronics Group Co., Ltd. and its registration to be listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange main board.
