The first case involved a construction contract dispute for the establishment of the Puxi Railway Station building, with the defendant paying 5.1727 million RMB; the second case involved a material purchase contract dispute for the Guangqing intercity rail transit project, with the defendant paying 14.5 million RMB, totaling 19.6727 million RMB. In addition, the company and its subsidiaries have been involved in a total of 14 lawsuits and arbitrations within twelve consecutive months, with a total amount of 5.3696 million RMB. The impact of this settlement amount will be confirmed based on the audit results.
