Recently, the People's Government of Jinshan District, Shanghai, officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Alibaba Cloud. Both parties will accelerate the construction of the Ali Feitian Cloud Intelligent East China Computing Power Center, creating a large-scale computing power center based on the "Zhenwu" chip. The center will become one of the largest intelligent computing hubs in East China, helping to promote the development of Shanghai's artificial intelligence industry.
