CATL established a new energy company in Yancheng.

According to the Qi Cha Cha app, Yancheng Era New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. Its business scope includes: manufacturing, research and development, and sales of electronic materials; engineering and technical research; and experimental development, among others. Through equity penetration displayed on Qi Cha Cha, the company is fully owned by CATL (Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited).
