Announcement from Taotao Auto Industry: The company held the twelfth meeting of the fourth board of directors on March 9, 2026, and approved the resolution on increasing the investment amount in the production base in Thailand. In order to meet the company's actual production needs and future development plans, the company has made adjustments and optimizations to the original project design, engineering construction, and equipment plans. The total investment amount has been increased from the original $9.5 million to $34.135 million. The additional investment amount will be provided by the company and/or its subsidiaries with their own funds or self-raised funds to the Thai pioneers for the specific implementation of the project.
